Weekends and Bank Holidays
Please note that RGS COSMEDIC offices are closed on Weekends and Bank Holidays. Orders will not be processed or delivered on these days. Please place your order before noon on the last working day before the weekend or the bank holiday to ensure timely delivery.
International Delivery
For international orders, we use specific couriers for expedited shipping. Shipping rates are calculated during checkout; delivery typically takes 3-5 working days but sometimes may take 8-10days.
RGS COSMEDIC is not liable for any import duties or charges incurred when shipping outside the UK. Please check your country’s import policies before ordering to avoid unexpected fees.
Overseas Shipping Information
Please be aware that your country may impose additional import VAT or duty charges upon delivery. These charges are your responsibility; please check your local government’s guidelines before purchasing.
If you reject a shipment due to additional charges, the courier may destroy or return the items to RGS COSMEDIC. If the items are destroyed, refunds will not be issued. If returned, any associated return costs will be deducted from your refund once the items are received and inspected by RGS COSMEDIC.
Returns & Refunds
Should you require the return of any product, please email your return request to hello@rgscosmedic.com within 7 days of the delivery date for authorisation. The packaging must remain unopened and undamaged, with seals and labels intact. All returned products will undergo inspection before refunds are processed. Refunds will only be processed within this timeframe or if the returned item is compromised. Please inspect the items upon arrival and immediately report any damage or compromise to the product or packaging. Include supporting photographic documentation in your email to hello@rgscosmedic.com.
